Direct Oceanfront updated condo with an outdoor, indoor, and kiddie pool! Enjoy the perfect vacation in this recently upgraded 9th floor oceanfront condo just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean in the popular Sea Watch building. You can also enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the ocean view balcony. Some of the new upgrades to this condo include luxury vinyl flooring throughout, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and brand new bathrooms. In addition, mostly all of the furnishings (sofa, beds, etc.) are new as of 2026. This amazing condo has 2 true bedrooms with a den that has been converted to a third bedroom. The first bedroom features a king bed and a private ocean view balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third bedroom/den includes two twin sized beds. There are two full bathrooms, including the master bathroom which has a tile shower with a pebble tile floor and a glass door, and the second bathroom which includes a tub/shower. You'll also enjoy free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and three smart TVs that include cable so you can stream your favorites shows (with your login credentials.) The TVs are located in the living room as well as the first and second bedrooms. You'll also have a washer and dryer in the condo. The Sea Watch building includes really cool amenities that feature a movie theater, a fitness center/gym, and a game room. Outside there are also tennis courts, a playground and 3 pools. One pool is outdoor, the second is indoor and there is even a kiddie pool for the little ones to enjoy. The building also includes an elevator and paid garage parking. You can also explore the many nearby restaurants and activities such as the original Greene Turtle, Crabcake Factory and many more. There's also Food Lion, Gold Coast Mall and Dunkin right across the street!

Please note Sea Watch has a $75 building amenity fee. This includes one parking pass in the parking garage. This fee needs to be paid at the building upon arrival. Additional passes may be available directly at the building upon arrival on a first come, first served basis. Also, there is a 7' height maximum to enter the parking garage.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $109.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
