The spacious and stylish interior features a bright living and dining area with SAT TV, flat screen, DVD player, and air conditioning, with direct access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and landscape. The villa includes a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, and freezer—perfect for effortless holiday living.
There are 4comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, along with 3 modern bathrooms and an additional separate WC, ensuring maximum convenience for larger groups. The villa also offers underfloor heating, making it suitable for year-round stays, as well as free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a hairdryer.
Outside, guests can enjoy complete privacy on a 300 m² private property featuring a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) available from April to October, an outdoor shower, and multiple covered terraces (15 m² + 2 x 8 m²).
