The expansive outdoor area features 2,000 square meters of lush, well-maintained gardens and 400 square meters of panoramic terraces. The magnificent private swimming pool comes complete with a relaxing solarium, ensuring endless moments of leisure under the Italian sun.
The interior offers 380 square meters of pure elegance and comfort. The villa boasts a spacious living area with sliding glass doors opening directly onto the terrace, alongside an elegant dining room. The stylish, high-tech kitchen features a central island, perfect for breakfasts and informal meals. The property includes 6 exquisite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 base guests, with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds. The sleeping arrangements include double and single beds to suit every family’s needs.
