About this apartment rental

Percebu Beach Studio is a beachside San Felipe Vacation Rental located in downtown San Felipe, one of 3 studios next to each other available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals. This is the first studio to your left. Each studio features one queen bed and one twin bed, sleeping up to 4 guests, plus a bathroom with a shower. Each unit is fully air-conditioned with satellite TV. For larger groups, rent 2 studios (8 guests) or all 3 studios (12 guests). A friendly onsite manager is always available. Pet friendly. Off-peak rates start as low as $30 a night. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
