• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to cleaning schedules and availability.
• Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a US$50 fee per hour.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, balcony, elevators, and hallways.
• A deep-cleaning fee of US$150 will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.

• Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment and building amenities.
• No parties, loud gatherings, or events are permitted at any time.

• All linens, towels, and decorative items belong to Coral Park Tower / GoRentry.
• Please do not use white towels or linens for makeup removal, cleaning, or spills — stained or damaged items will be charged as follows:

• Hand towel: US$10
• Bed sheet or duvet cover: US$40–$60
• Please avoid eating or drinking on the bed or sofa to maintain cleanliness.
• Furniture or decorative items must not be moved.

• Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
• Do not leave A/C running with doors or windows open, as it may cause system malfunctions.
