About this apartment rental
Comfortable city vacation apartment with a view of the sea!
Tastefully decorated, fully tiled, 1-room, non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 32 sqm) on the 4th floor with ocean view and west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway (with a coat closet) and kitchenette, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the loggia) and the new shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom area features two new, super-comfortable Stressless leather armchairs, each with a matching footstool, double fold-out beds (which can be folded out individually), and a dining area right next to the large window facing the lake.
In terms of electronics, a large flat-screen cable TV and a radio/CD player are available.
The exclusive new shower room/restroom, finished with natural marble, is equipped with a[nbsp][nbsp]round shower, a sink, a towel dryer, and a built-in hair dryer.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave (with grill function), a Nespresso machine, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3* freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.

A duplex garage can be rented for €8.00/day or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
Pets are welcome!
If you bring a pet, the daily rate increases by €5.00 per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €10.00 per pet in addition to the standard final cleaning fee.
The building has a free Wi-Fi network that is accessible to all apartments.
