Exclusive and exceptionally spacious 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 62 m²) on one level on the first floor, accommodating up to 2 adults and 1 toddler, featuring a sun terrace (south-facing, with patio furniture, cushions, and a beach chair)
and a beautiful garden.
From the entryway with a coat rack, you can access the living room, the bedroom, and the new shower room/restroom.
The living room features a comfortable gray leather sofa set with two armchairs, its own fireplace, a spacious dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, a Smart Radio hi-fi system, a telephone (free calls to German landlines), free Wi-Fi, and a new, open-concept kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with an exhaust hood, an oven, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The shower room features a shower, a sink, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed consisting of two single mattresses (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) for a restful night’s sleep.
A crib can be rented if needed.
The new bathroom with tub and toilet is accessible from the bedroom.
