Our 29-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) of an apartment complex right on Südstrand.
Two small dogs are allowed here.

It features a living/sleeping area with a double bed (140x200), a small sofa, and a dining table with four chairs.
In the entryway, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment is intended for 2 adults.
Wi-Fi is available.
The Südstrand is actually located in the south—it’s not just named that way!
You’re just a few steps away from the Baltic Sea!
In just a few minutes by car,
(you have your own parking space, of course),
or by bike, you’ll be in Burg, the center of Fehmarn.

Two house-trained dogs are welcome here; however, dogs are not allowed in bed or on the sofa.
From November 1 through March 31, a flat-rate energy fee of €3.00 per person per day is charged.
During the months of November and December until the start of the school break, and from January after the break ends through March, there may occasionally be increased noise levels in the residential complex due to possible renovation work.
