The living room is a proper sitting room with streaming on the TV. Out the back there is a private garden with an outdoor table and seating, which comes into its own on a light evening.

A full kitchen, not a kitchenette: oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee. Fully stocked with pans, utensils, dishes and glasses, so nothing needs buying on day one.
