    The location is great for exploring Sapa. The room is new, clean, and well-designed. I liked the street view as it felt lively. Staff were always enthusiastic.

    My first impression was that the hotel was very new and had a beautiful European style. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The street view gave a very pleasant local feel. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. This hotel will be one of my favorites.

    The hotel carries a strong classic French style blended with Northwest Vietnamese charm incredibly romantic and picturesque. The bed was super comfortable, and the thick warm blankets were a must-have when Sapa drops to nearly 10°C at night. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied with plenty of options to start the day right.
