-It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.
-Please note that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.
-You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted
-In the event of non-compliance with good neighbor rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.
-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted access to the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.
-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.

• Private, unsupervised pool, reserved exclusively for residents and registered tenants.
• Access is strictly prohibited to non-residents (friends, visitors, etc.). 
Hours
• Strictly adhere to the posted opening hours.
• Swimming is prohibited at night and outside of operating hours. 
Safety
• Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised.
• Limited capacity: avoid overcrowding (max. 6 people in the water). 
• Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Hygiene Requirements
• Showering is required before swimming.
• Proper swimwear required (no Bermuda shorts or long clothing).
• No shoes in the pool area.
• Special swim diapers required for babies.

• Music / speakers
• Noisy games, shouting, diving
• Balloons, inflatable objects (except for child safety items)
