Greet the morning sipping coffee and watching the mist rise over Minette Lake from the wraparound deck. Listen to the songbirds, catch bald eagles soaring overhead, and watch beavers building their home across the bay. Spend fun-filled days exploring the Northwoods: fishing, hiking, biking, paddling, skiing, or snowmobiling. Enjoy evenings gathered around the firepit roasting s'mores and listening to the haunting beauty of the loons or inside beside the wood-burning fireplace. Cap your night with a candlelit bubble bath in the jetted Jacuzzi tub. Offering unparalleled rustic charm paired with modern amenities, Lakeview North features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking views of the lake. Kick back on the sofas and armchair next to the flickering fire while streaming your favorite TV shows. The lake bottom is sand, the water is cold and clear, and the dock is perfect for cannonballs and fishing for bass, walleye, and panfish. A canoe, kayaks, and a peddle boat are provided. (There is no public boat launch for motorized boats, ensuring peace and privacy. There are plenty of lakes with public launches around.) The kitchen could use some pot holders and towels. For the most part, there are enough dishes to make what you need.

It was a nice cabin and we especially enjoyed the tub. We had a hard time finding the cabin. We went around the bigger lake a couple of times before we found the right turn-off.We could not find life jackets for the canoe and kayak. Did go out in the kayak anyway when we had nice weather It had rained 3 of the 6 days we were there.We really enjoyed the peace and privacy. The cabin met all of the needs we were looking for. The trees were beautiful.I think it was peak color that week. The quacking aspens wete gorgeous especially when a breeze would make the leaves look like little spinning gold circles. Glad we found the place.

My adult kids and I enjoyed our annual week up north here. The lake is so clear and serence - perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The house is comfortable; my kids enjoyed the many puzzles they found, which continues another tradition. The whirlpool bath felt amazing after long days of biking.

The view of the lake was great. We sat on the deck most afternoons just enjoying the view.
