This bright and cozy one-bedroom walk-out apartment features a comfortable four-poster bed, a modern stainless steel kitchen with an island for seating, and a patio perfect for lounging. The unit also offers in-apartment laundry and a nice bathroom with a combined tub and shower. Ideal for solo travelers, this serene getaway combines comfort and convenience, just steps from the beach.

Please note:
-Internet can be spotty in this area, please ask me any questions about it, as I live here and can tell you from experience.
-All trash must be neat and tied in a trash bag and placed in the designated trash bin outside, I take it to the station each week, please make sure it is tied neatly and clean.
-You are responsible for paying for a biweekly cleaning service of your unit ($100)
