Located in an upcomming neighborhood with entrance security, near Julianadorp and Grote Berg, the cozy space offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living space, patio/dining area. Enjoy 200GB Wi-Fi, and a spacious backyard. Ideal for families. Our home offers comfort, convenience, and peace. Book now and enjoy a secure, cozy and family-friendly retreat.
This home is part of a new construction development (completed in 2023), offering modern design and updated finishes in a peaceful, growing neighborhood.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: has a Queen size bed, an attached bathroom & walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: has a double size bed
Bedroom 3: has a double size bed
All bedrooms is equiped with airconditioning.
Both Bathrooms have hot water for showering.
Traveling with a baby? We’ve got helpful essentials available:
- Foldable camper-style crib (easy to set up and suitable for infants)
- Baby bath
- High chair

Casa Serenity is located approx 8 minutes away from Sambil Shopping Mall and is 9 minutes away from Flamingo Habitat Parking (Bullenbaai). 12 minutes away from Kokomo Beach, Blue Bay Beach. 13 minutes away from Downtown (otrobanda & Punda) and around 30 minutes away from the most popular natural beaches on the NW of the island. (Cas Abou, Lagun, Jeremi Beach, Knip, Playa Kalki).
You can enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi (200GB), making remote work, streaming, or staying connected with loved ones effortless. The spacious backyard offers room to relax outdoors.
Guests have the entire house to themselves.
Free Parking is available on the property.
Electricity usage (10 kWh per day), water (0.4 m³ per day), and garbage collection are included in the nightly rate.
We will record the electricity meter (kWh) and water meter readings at check-in and check-out to accurately calculate usage. An additional charge may apply only if utility usage exceeds the included allowance. If so, we will always provide proof and communicate this clearly.
For electricity, any additional usage is charged at 1 XCG per kWh. For example, if consumption exceeds the included amount by 10 kWh during your stay, the additional charge would be 10 XCG (approximately $5.71 USD).
For water, any additional usage is charged at $6.86 per m³ at the end of your stay. The included water allowance is almost always sufficient for our guests.

While the neighborhood is still under development, you will not be bothered by noise. Construction is minimal and rarely noticeable. We can confidently say it’s a very quiet and tranquil area. You’ll enjoy peace and privacy throughout your stay.
