This classic Stoney Lake cottage rental, nestled amongst the pines, is located on the south side of Davis Island, just a quick 5-minute boat ride from Carveth`s Marina. The cottage offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a spacious screened-in porch that overlooks the beautiful lake. Its close proximity to the water ensures beautiful lake views!
The cottage features three cozy bedrooms and a three-piece washroom situated behind the living area. The lot is flat, grassy, and ideal for outdoor activities. The water around the dock is mostly weed-free (with the occasional weed) and is about 5 feet deep, this is a favorite spot for the owners and their grandchildren children. For convenience, an island taxi service is available at Carveth`s Marina, and one trip to the island and one back at the end of your stay is included for you. As well one parking spot is also included (with space for two cars if parked in tandem). Boat rentals are available at Harbour Town, Carveth`s Marina and Kawartha Adventure Rentals. This cottage is the perfect spot for families to relax, enjoy Stoney Lake, and make lasting memories!

Max. 9 occupants, including infants. (No more than 7 adults)
Primary Renter must be 35 years +, and residing at the cottage for the rental period.
* This cottage is privately owned and does not provide a cleaning service. Guests are therefore responsible for performing a cleaning before their departure, ensuring that the cottage is returned to the same condition in which it was found, thoroughly cleaned, and tidy
* Linens provided
* Guests to provide their own towels
No Groups of Individuals.
No Smoking.
Pets Allowed (1 well-trained dog, no muscle dog) Guests should know that dogs play with the other dogs on the island but that you are still responsible for your dog, including picking up after them.

It`s important to note that while the cottage is child-welcoming, it may not be specifically designed or equipped for your child`s individual needs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or imply suitability tailored to your child(ren). To ensure their safety and well-being, we strongly recommend that children are closely supervised at all times throughout their stay. Our utmost priority is for everyone to have a fantastic and enjoyable time at our cottage!
