    After I booked through Agoda I received confirmation email and then after few minutes I found another email which stated my booking cancelled. So I contact with hotel and they confirmed that my booking cancelled . And they asked me for personal booking. So I confirmed with hotel personally. Me and my father went the hotel as per schedule and then next day afternoon I received email from Agoda that my booking confirmed. So contacted with Agoda and they told me they confirmed booking earlier, this hotel willingly hide my booking and they take money from me personally and also through Agoda. However I wrote several times to Agoda but they failed to take action against hotel. However be careful while using this hotel.
