    When we arrived, they have an automated check in but too difficult to figure out so we showed our confirmation to the desk person who told us (via Goggle translate) that we cannot have the special rate that we booked for the night that we booked because that rate is not offered on Saturday nights. He wanted us to pay additional. We said we had already prepaid through Agoda for this night and we are not paying additional. Eventually, they let us stay. We asked if we could store our luggage during the day. They said yes but when we came down in the morning the front desk was closed. There was a phone number to call but no one answered so we were not able to do. Otherwise it was clean enough, window area pretty dusty. If you want amenities like soap, razor, toothbrush etc you can purchase for 2000 won from a dispensing machine in the lobby. There is bottled water available in the mini fridge in the room which is nice. Location was convenient for us but was noisy at night from parties (outside the hotel) and air conditioning units running.
