Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Recent upgrades include: Stearns & Foster queen set in the master bedroom, two Sealy twin bed sets in the guest room, table and six chairs in the dining room, cocktail table and an end table in the living room, patio furniture (four chairs, breakfast table, two small cocktail tables). Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. TWO reserved spaces. 3 TVs (including 55' flat-screen with wireless-capable Blu-ray in the living room and 32' flat-screen in the master bedroom), DVD (in the master bedroom), Keurig, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental offering handicap-friendly features, including a wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower. Tile flooring throughout, except the bedrooms which are carpeted. The location and the view! Condo was right-sized for our family and in the best location for all the conveniences we were seeking, especially access to the beach and boardwalk. View was stupendous!

No bed linens for pull out couch. Had to call and request. Not enough toilet paper for 2 bathrooms for 6 night stay. Lots of cob webs around windows of sliding doors. Furniture was old and broken/wobbly (kitchen table chairs, coffee table, kitchen drawers).
