Notes: Luxury vinyl flooring throughout - no carpet. We loved this condo! It was just us and our toddler, so it felt like a good size for us! The view was great and cracking the door open to listen to the ocean was so relaxing!! The space was clean and our bed was comfortable. The pools were great and the beach was so clean and we loved the swing sets on the sand. We would love to come back!

My family of 6 had a great week! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for the week. Having 4 twin beds for each of my children to have their own bed was fantastic, while my wife and I were able to have the master worked out perfectly. Loved waking up and being able to look out at the ocean (and pool!) while sitting on the patio having our cup of coffee before heading down to the beach... Only steps away!!!! The beach was beautiful and it was wonderful to have the pool to take a dip after the ocean. Bethany Beach is a great beach town with a really nice downtown with a small boardwalk. The facilities at Sea Colony are TOP notch. My two sons and I enjoyed using the gym facilities most mornings. We did not utilize the amazing tennis and pickleball facilities, but if you are intereseted in those amenities, they seemed really incredible. One thing of note is that there is an additional, required fee per occupant for use of the facilities/beach/pool on top of the up-front rental cost. Great experience and HIGHLY recommend staying here!
