Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. You are required to check in at the Marketplace Office, located at the following address: 33546 Marketplace Bethany Beach, DE 19930 Hours of Operation: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hours will vary seasonally. Office closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.) Directions to Office: From the North: Route 1 south, right onto West Way, right at the stop sign. From the South: Route 1 north, left onto West Way, right at the stop sign. Our office is in the middle of the shopping center. The Marketplace Office is located in the Marketplace Shopping Center, across from the Sea Colony high-rise buildings. (33546 Marketplace Bethany Beach, DE 19930). If you arrive after hours, you will still need to visit the office to obtain your check-in packet. A phone number will be posted on the building; call this number and customer service will give you the code to open the lockbox and retrieve your packet. Please note that all keys must be returned to the office when you check out. In the event that a key is lost/not returned upon check-out, a charge will be applied to your reservation to cover the replacement cost.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
