This first-floor resort condo features a living room, dining area, well-equipped updated kitchen (complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops), full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite with recently updated master bath. Screened porch and open deck too! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Notes: Carpet in the bedrooms only.

We have stayed at Sea Colony a few times and this was our first time in this unit. We greatly appreciated the updated decor, fully-stocked kitchen and quiet location.

What a beautiful and cared-for rental - its obvious the owners have put a lot of work and love into their property. It was a great location - close to the beach, close to pools, and close to downtown/boardwalk.

This wasn’t our first time to Bethany Beach but the first time renting a place through Vacasa. The rental had everything we could have possibly needed for a week away from home which made it seamless to cook meals, and relax with family. The decor was very beachy and cozy and it was perfectly located that everything was just a short walk. We will definitely be booking again in the fall and for next summer.
