Large Spanish-inspired cottage of 176 m2, in an attractive area of ​​Marielyst - just one km from the center of Marielyst, here you have everything within reach - from shopping to restaurants, experiences and only 500 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The cottage is bright and modernly furnished, kitchen equipped with coffee maker, electric stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. In one living room there is a TV with chromecast and internet and in the other living room a TV with chomecast and games console, for children and childish souls. The cottage has three bedrooms, all rooms have double beds, as well as a walk-in closet in one room and in one living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The house has two bathrooms with underfloor heating, sink, toilet, shower. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. In addition to underfloor heating in the bathrooms, the rest of the house is heated with radiators. The house is located on a 1342 m2 plot, where there is plenty of space for play and games, in the garden there is a cushion box with various outdoor toys. On the cozy and warm summer days you can sit on the large wooden terrace, where there is a charcoal grill and garden furniture as well as a deck chair and garden umbrella. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
