Welcome to our 100 m² Provençal villa located in Pertuis, in the Vaucluse, at the gateway to the Luberon 🌿☀️
In a quiet and warm environment, our house is ideal for holidays with family or friends, between nature, Provençal villages and seaside getaways.
The main house consists upstairs of two comfortable bedrooms, one of which can be adapted to your needs with either 2 single beds or 1 double bed 140. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a beautiful bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, living room and dining room opening directly onto the terrace, the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces.
For more comfort and privacy, our guests can also benefit from an additional independent bedroom of 20 m², also accessible from the house. This small studio has a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with toilet and opens onto a charming peaceful garden/vegetable garden, perfect for reading, relaxing and enjoying the calm of Provence. A small terrace completes this space.
Outside, you can enjoy:
• a friendly swimming pool
• a dining area under a straw hut
• a petanque court
• several relaxation areas in the garden
The villa is ideally located to discover the region:
• Aix-en-Provence about 30 minutes away
• Lourmarin and the most beautiful villages of the Luberon nearby
• The Valensole plateau and its lavender fields about 1 hour away
