The centerpiece is the fireplace in the living room—enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, listen to the crackling flames, and know that the beach will be waiting for you again tomorrow morning.
The bedroom and living area are separate, so three people can stay comfortably: In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave with baking function, and coffee maker, gives you complete independence. And if you’d prefer a vacation without any cooking at all: At the “La Residenza” restaurant on the first floor, you can enjoy Italian cuisine, ice cream, and cocktails without having to step outside. Right on the beachfront in the quiet northern part of the island, 12 bright, lovingly furnished vacation apartments ranging from 26 to 104 m² await you—all of which were extensively renovated in 2020/21.
Many apartments feature a private balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea and a fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings while the waves crash outside. The apartments feature stylish furnishings, comfortable double beds, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator), as well as satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Ideal for families: The flat, child-friendly sandy beach begins right outside the door. On the first floor, our pizzeria La Residenza treats guests to Italian specialties, ice cream, and cocktails. Playgrounds and the bakery with fresh rolls are less than 20 meters away.
Perfect for couples: Enjoy romantic sunsets from the balcony, relax in the evening by the crackling fireplace, and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
