- Dogs: up to 2 with prior approval; $125 per dog, per stay; dogs over 50 lb require manager approval; clean up after dogs indoors and outdoors
- Keep firepit fires small and contained; avoid fires during windy conditions
- Clean the grill after use
- Do not move indoor furniture outside
- Follow the provided trash and recycling instructions
- Early check-in and late checkout: book in your Guest Portal starting 1 week before check-in or checkout; hourly up to 4 hours at $15/hour, subject to availability. Early check-in must be booked at least 4 hours before check-in; late checkout at least 18 hours before checkout
