You couldn’t live any closer to the sea than here in Baabe on the beautiful island of Rügen. Thanks to its perfect location right next to the beach, the spa administration office, the open-air theater, the resort train, and the restaurants—as well as the lovingly furnished apartment—your vacation with us will be both eventful and relaxing no matter the season. The “Villa Düne” villa complex, completed in 2019, is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe directly on Strandstraße in the front row, just a few meters from the magnificent sandy beach.
Villa Düne Apt. 19 Penthouse with 2 Balconies & Ocean View:
The approximately 52-square-meter penthouse apartment is a non-smoking unit and is located on the top floor of the Villa Düne, which you can easily reach by elevator. It is the perfect vacation home for up to 2 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The modern open-concept kitchen features floor-to-ceiling windows, a living area, a dining nook, and a built-in kitchenette. The kitchen offers all the amenities you need, including an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and other conveniences. From here, you can step out onto the spacious, furnished balcony (facing east) with a patio umbrella, where you’ll enjoy a direct, unobstructed view of the sea. Here, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning with a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the sunrise, and in the evening, you can listen to the sound of the waves. Adjacent to the kitchenette is your living area, featuring a couch, a coffee table, a floor lamp, and a TV stand with a smart TV. The entertainment area is rounded out with a mini stereo system with DAB radio and Wi-Fi access. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting and a radio alarm clock, a smart TV, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe. A special highlight is that from here you can access an additional south-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. The interior bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a towel warmer, and a sink. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a comfortable temperature. The apartment also features a small storage room with an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning supplies. Pets are not allowed. The apartment comes with an underground parking space (No. 17 / clearance height 2.00 m). You can park your bicycles in the landscaped outdoor area using the security racks provided. The building’s basement houses the wellness area, which features a communal sauna and a relaxation room. A laundry room with washing machines and a dryer is available; these operate with coin-operated machines. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee or supplement it yourself up to 14 days before arrival. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
Check-in is from 4:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
