    This was my very first experience with the transition of ownership and new name. The room was very affordable and the nicely kept. Clean room . Wonderful greeting during check in/out, and felt genuine. I will definitely be back whenever my wife and I simply need to get away despite being locals.

    I only saw 1 cockroach, which considering the budget status wasn't so bad. The gap in the door frame is kinda big, was afraid of other bugs maybe crawling through, but pushing the chair against it helped somewhat. On a personal note I didn't like the policy of being unable to tack off my registered guest at will after we fell out. (I'm the payer.) That led to problems. Staff threatened kicking us both out if either 1 of us caused a disturbance, which I thought my friend was going to... I wound up squeaking through to my planned check out time.
