About this house rental
Set on 5 peaceful acres with panoramic Mt Buller views, this warm country home is the perfect base for a relaxing escape or alpine adventure. Enjoy the outlook from the kitchen, living area or deck with BBQ. Sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms (incl. bunk room), with split systems throughout, full kitchen, laundry and Wi-Fi. Just 5 minutes to Mansfield and close to Mt Buller, Mt Stirling, Rail Trail and local rivers.
SECURITY DEPOSIT — $500
A $500 refundable security deposit applies to your stay. It is released in full within 7 days of check-out provided the property is left in good condition and all rubbish is handled correctly:
Recycling and green waste sorted correctly into their bins — no general waste in either.
All general waste in the general waste bin, with the lid fully closed.
Any excess rubbish that does not fit must be taken with you — the Mansfield Waste Recovery Centre is 5 minutes away at 163 Monkey Gully Road, Mansfield (just south of Highton Lane).
The property left tidy and undamaged, needing no more than a normal clean.
If bins are unsorted or overflowing, excess rubbish is left behind, or the property is damaged or left in poor condition, part or all of the deposit will be retained to cover sorting, rubbish removal, extra cleaning or repairs.

Pros--Wonderful location-gorgeous views-spacious-clean- fairly priced-great heating- big dining table-two showers/toiletsCons--Lots of neighbours close to property, (including friendly, roaming dog who visited but was very hard to return to home)-small couch/tv- lacking cozy factor (no rugs, blankets, lamps in living areas.-no where to hang jackets or stack dirty shoes after coming in-not enough toilet paper for stay!-small towels/no extra bathmats or towels to be found anywhere-Front door very hard to openSafety-power chords draped/hanging from yard/carport -metal shoerack was in pieces inside front door-new blind chords too long and not secure!!(major stress point on our stay with two toddlers)Overall, decent stay, but a few improvements will elevate comfort/safety.Thanks for having us
