For the ultimate convenience, our oversized carport is located right by the front door, keeping 2–3 vehicles shielded from the sun, rain, and snow. Step straight from your car into luxury with effortless, dry loading and unloading—no matter what the mountain weather brings.

HOUSE RULES & SECURITY
- To maintain a pristine environment, guests must agree to the following:
- No Pets: This is a strictly pet-free rental. ($1,000 fine for violations).
- No smoking: tobacco, vaping, and cannabis are prohibited inside and outside on the grounds.
- Fire Safety: Outdoor fires are permitted ONLY in the rock-lined pit during low-risk seasons. Fires must be attended, under 2ft, and fully extinguished. Strict No Fireworks Policy ($1,000 fine for violations).
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties or events.
- Wildlife: Do not leave food or trash outdoors; safely enjoy wildlife from a distance.
- Security: For your protection and ours, security cameras monitor exterior of cabin (facing carport, mounted above garage door, driveway)
