On the 4th floor, which you can easily reach by elevator, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with a cozy sofa corner and a sleeper sofa for two people. A TV provides entertainment in the evenings. Large windows create a friendly, light-filled atmosphere. This level is complemented by a separate bedroom with an additional flat-screen TV. The bedroom features a double bed with a continuous mattress, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable sleeping surface. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.
A staircase leads you to the 5th floor. From here, you have access to the shared rooftop terrace, which is accessible exclusively from the penthouse apartments. It’s perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your stay: a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. Crockery, silverware, and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.
