Located near Fort Worth and just an hour from Dallas, this beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom waterfront property is perfect for multi-family vacations, group getaways, and relaxing North Texas lake retreats.
Designed with comfort and connection in mind, the home features three king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a queen suite, and a spacious bunk room ideal for kids or additional guests. Large windows throughout the open-concept living area showcase stunning lake views, while comfortable seating, a fireplace, and Smart TV create the perfect gathering space after a day on the water.
Step outside to experience true lakefront living. The expansive deck overlooks Eagle Mountain Lake and includes outdoor seating, loungers, and dining space for enjoying sunrise coffee or sunset drinks. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub with lake views, gather around the fire pit, or cook meals on the grill. The private dock is ideal for fishing, and a boat slip is available to rent. Two adult kayaks and one child kayak are included for exploring the lake, and a staircase provides convenient water access.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for large groups, featuring a double oven, gas stovetop, two microwaves, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee bar, and a variety of small appliances including an air fryer, crockpot, blender, and waffle maker. This property is beautiful inside with a spacious kitchen and plenty of room for multiple families with five bedrooms and matching bathrooms. The owner went out of her way to make sure that all amenities were taken care of. The Home has a very warm and modern feel. And you can’t beat having coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoying the swing down at the dock at any time of day.
