Welcome to The Nest Estate, a 3-acre, private modern retreat in Coachella Valley designed for guests who want elevated desert living with plenty of space. A resort style pool swim up bar, and spa anchors the backyard, surrounded by shaded lounge areas, fire features, a built in BBQ, full tennis and pickleball courts, and a custom putting green.
The Space:
Inside, the single level residence offers over 3,600 square feet of open concept living, including a chef’s kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, expansive entertaining spaces, and an attached guest casita for added privacy. The home come with an on-call Private Chef at your service (must be arranged ahead of time, extra fees apply). Chic design, brand new landscaping, curated finishes, and Italian marble elevate the experience beyond a typical desert rental.
With a rare 120 car private parking lot, the estate is uniquely suited for executive retreats, production and filming opportunities, luxury festival stays, private events, and high end group escapes. Located minutes from the BNP Paribas Open, Acrisure Arena, Coachella and Stagecoach grounds, and world class golf, this estate delivers privacy, scale, and versatility that are nearly impossible to replicate in Bermuda Dunes.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee per stay and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool is not heated during June through September. The spa may be heated separately at no additional charge.
