    The hotel is good but the staffs are very unprofessional. At the time of checkout I left my in the hotel room. I called them after 50 mins to find the phone. But the made several excuses in finding the same. I am 100% sure that the cleaning staff has picked the phone from the bed after the check out. I called them several time but they haven't returned my phone yet. My phone has no sim inserted so I could call that time. It was just for my kid to watch cartoons. Please avoid this hotel if possible. I tried to manage this through agoda but they haven't resolved my problem. They told me to lodge an FIR. But the thing is if I know that the phone is left in the hotel they why have they kept that.

    Room looks like alright but dirty towel and bedsheet laying on bed, Bathroom is not cleaned, Shower not working, wash basin is in broken condition
