The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room and two twins with zip/link, along with a bathroom. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Within 1.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved dog welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This charming village plays host to panoramic views of The Coniston Fells and Lowick Beacon, a community hall and the Red Lion pub. From here you will have access to superb walks and mountain biking, such routes include the Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam, and the woodland walk of Grizedale Forest. Further afield, is the Windermere Lake, which is surrounded by mountain peaks and a number of villages to explore. Whilst here, you can take a boat trip to explore the mountain scenery, secluded bays and wooded islands, whether it be a 45-minute trip or a 3-hour cruise.
