This peaceful residential complex has a refreshing pool, a free parking area, and 24/7 security. The first-floor condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, and a small patio to sit and enjoy the tropical greenery. There is wifi, a washing machine, and extra towels are provided for beach use.
Electricity is included for typical use; please see House Rules for details on usage guidelines. Excessive use of air conditioners may incur an extra charge.

Getting around El Cortecito is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is very walkable, with the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, and grocery stores all within a short stroll. For trips beyond the area—such as nearby malls, excursions, or other parts of Punta Cana—Uber, local buses, and the `tuk tuks` we call Poppies are readily available and affordable.
Your reservation includes 15 kWh of electricity per day, which typically covers normal use. Electricity is metered and readings are taken at check-in and check-out.
If usage exceeds the included amount, additional electricity is billed at 22.90 Dominican pesos per kWh. Most guests stay within the included allowance and do not see any additional charges. Limiting the use of air conditioning will make a significant difference.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, the community has a few important rules (security staff strictly enforce these rules):
No pets allowed
No parties or events
No loud music
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM
Pool hours: Closes at 7 PM
Towels or clothing items are not allowed to be hung on balcony railings
Electricity & House Guidelines:
To keep your stay affordable, your reservation includes 15 kWh of electricity per day, which is more than enough for typical use.
In the rare case of higher usage, additional electricity is charged at RD$21.9/kWh (≈ $0.36 USD)—this usually only happens with continuous A/C use.
Tip: Simply turning off the A/C when you leave usually keeps usage within the included amount.
