HOUSE RULES:
Excessive electricity use may incur an extra charge. To keep your stay affordable, your reservation includes 15 kWh of electricity per day, which is more than enough for typical use. Incurring an extra charge usually only happens with continuous Air Conditioner use. Make sure you are turning off the A/C before you leave during the day.
In the rare case of higher usage, the additional consumption is charged at RD$21.9/kWh (≈ $0.36 USD per kWh).

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, the community has a few important rules the security staff strictly enforces:
No pets allowed
No parties or events
No loud music
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Towels and/or clothing items are not allowed to be hung on balcony railings.
Please dispose of your trash in the barrels located next to the guard shack.
