The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, offering accommodation flexibility with a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. The distribution of spaces allows privacy and comfort for all guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is one of the highlights of the property. With modern appliances such as an induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine, it is prepared for those who like to cook or prepare quick meals. All necessary utensils are available.
The space is ideal for work and leisure, with Wi-Fi available, dining table, ceiling fan and a laptop-friendly environment. Electric radiator heating ensures comfort on cooler days. It also features a first aid kit, iron, cleaning products and other essential items.
Located in a free public parking area, the apartment allows long-term stays and is especially suitable for groups and families. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the property.

- There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.
- Please note that for stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied up to a limit of €80.
- We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with additional services, such as extra keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the booking
- The checkout time is at 11am, staying outside the scheduled time without prior notice and authorization from your host will result in an extra fee of 25€ for each late checkout hour.
