    We had a fantastic stay at this property! The room was spotless, very well-maintained, and equipped with great modern amenities. The bed was comfortable with fresh, clean linens, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool and cozy. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like neatly folded fresh towels, remotes readily accessible, and ample storage space in the spacious wardrobe. The ambiance was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal choice for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Staff and hospitality were top-notch. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

    Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Lotus in Balewadi. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite and cooperative. The location right beside Amer Tech Park makes it super convenient. Highly recommended!

    Very disappointing experience. The hotel lacks even basic hospitality services. There was no room cleaning during the stay, no breakfast facility as promised, and the overall maintenance was poor. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, rude, and not at all customer-friendly. Communication was unsatisfactory, and guest concerns were not handled properly. Overall, the stay was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their service quality and customer care.

    Pictures shown are a lie; there is no lift, and the rooms have broken doors. The bathrooms don't lock either. I had to attend an interview and wanted to leave my bag, but i couldn't lock the door at all. When i pointed this to the staff they said they can't do anything and i couldn't risk leaving my bag and laptop and i had to carry it to the office. The room i stayed was not cleaned at all. It had hair all over the place including on the bed. The pillow covers were so dirty, i should call them yellow covers. I landed early in the morning Pune and i had to use the washroom to ready for the interview, so i just used the washroom and checked out. I was planning to extend my stay, but I had to check out, and when I pointed this out to the staff, they acted like they didn't care.
