The rooms are average, and the cleanliness standards need significant improvement. The windows in the room were not functioning properly, and the poor-quality curtains failed to block outside light effectively. Breakfast is not prepared in-house; it is sourced from outside, and even basic tea and coffee facilities are unavailable.
The bathroom amenities are inadequate—there is no mirror suitable for shaving and no hooks to hang clothes, which makes the overall experience inconvenient. Overall, the property has room for improvement in terms of maintenance, amenities, and guest comfort.

Room was good but there is no TV in running condition. Toilet is clean but no hot water to bath. Very limited staff and no lift only stairs with acute angle
