About this apartment rental
Meeresmuschel—A Home by the Sea
Welcome to our 43-square-meter vacation apartment, Meeresmuschel—a name our children gave it, which perfectly captures the feeling we wanted to create here: arrive, take a deep breath, and simply feel at ease.
With great attention to detail, we’ve freshly renovated and cozily furnished the apartment. It was especially important to us to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere where both couples and families can feel completely at home. The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
You’ll find an open-concept living and dining area, a new, modern, and fully equipped kitchen, and a completely renovated bathroom.
For our younger guests, there is a separate room with a bunk bed, a closet, and a few thoughtful extras. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
A comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) in the sleeping alcove, as well as a bunk bed (each 90 × 190 cm, max. 90 kg per bed) in the separate room.
Start your day in a relaxed way with a cup of coffee on the north-east-facing loggia—perfect for the morning sun. And when the sea air calls: The beautiful beach at Kellenhusen is only about 150 meters away.
We’ve also got you covered for cozy evenings or a little “media break”: High-speed Wi-Fi is available and can easily handle multiple devices at once. There’s also a smart TV—ideal if you want to combine work and vacation during a “workation.”
A handy storage room in the stairwell offers you extra space for anything you don’t want in the apartment—whether it’s suitcases, bags, sand toys, or a handcart. There you’ll also find a high chair and a vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is located on the second floor of Building 4—the smallest and quietest building in the complex. Free parking is available right outside the door.
