It's a very spacious duplex of 100m² (1076 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment, close to the village center and beaches. Very comfortable with a beautiful sea view, ground floor access. Air conditioning in the summer, hot water and heating in the winter are included in the rental price, as are sheets, towels, and kitchen towels. Fully equipped kitchen, television (large flat screen in the living room with international channels), internet access (Wi-Fi). Garage.
You can enjoy all kinds of water sports (diving, boat rentals, etc.), explore the beautiful coastal paths, or go fishing with professionals.

Located above the small fishing port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat,
its 50 m2 private Terra e offers a 90° view of the port and the sea.
A 5-minute walk from the beaches and shops, it features a large kitchen and a beautiful living room on the ground floor, and two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower).
The photos are arranged to give you a virtual tour of the house: the entrance onto the terrace. First, the view from the terrace, then some photos of the terrace itself. The table is extendable and can seat up to 10 people, and there's a gas griddle and an electric awning that allows you to stay outside at any time of day. Next, the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, including an air fryer, and the coffee machine is a bean-to-cup machine. Finally, there's the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Then there's the large living room with a big flat-screen TV, and the staircase leading up to the bedrooms: a first bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own bathroom and a view from the room, and a second bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own bathroom and a view from the second bedroom.
