From the custom navy kitchen and spa-like bathrooms to the curated ski decor and premium linens, every inch of this home has been upgraded for the modern traveler.
The Space
Our open-concept layout is anchored by a sun-drenched living area and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace—the ultimate spot for après-ski relaxation.
Bedroom 1: Primary suite with a King bed and en-suite bath.
Bedroom 2: Guest room with a Bunk bed (Sleeps 3).
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The Kitchen: A chef’s dream with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a waterfall breakfast bar.
The Details: Look for thoughtful touches throughout, including curated alpine artwork and custom slate accents that celebrate the spirit of Killington.

Full condo access including in-unit laundry.

Keyless entry for easy check-in.
-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor dumpster.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.
-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- No Parties are allowed or a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.
-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)
-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.
-Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.
-Private Wells & Septic Systems: Some of our homes use private wells and septic systems. Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
