    Lady at Receiptionist desk was very professional and cordial. Patiently replied to all our queries. Our interaction with staff was minimal as there was no requirement.

    I booked this hotel through Agoda. While we were travelling and expected to arrive in the evening, we tried calling the hotel several times to inform them, but there was no response on their landline. No one answered the calls or returned them. At check-in, we shared both of our booking confirmations on their WhatsApp number and also submitted them at the reception. We were given only two water bottles for each room and one Medimix soap. There was hot water kettle but no glasses provided in the room. On the second day, we received a call from the hotel asking whether we had paid for our stay. We explained that we had already submitted all the booking details and payment proof during check-in. They apologized and ended the call. However, about 15 minutes later, someone rang our doorbell asking to see the payment proof again. It was quite frustrating and unprofessional. We also had to go to the reception ourselves to request drinking water and soap on the second day. Housekeeping did not clean the room, and no one seemed bothered to check on the guests or the room during our stay. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is just a 5-minute walk from the temple, which is very convenient. For food, I highly recommend Vishnu Grand or the temple's Annadanam. I would not recommend eating elsewhere. Overall, the location is good, but the service and guest experience were disappointing.
