The property sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, one king size double with dressing room and en-suite shower, basin and WC, one double, one ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin and one ground floor twin. There is a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. There is kitchen with dining area, two sittings rooms and a games room with a snooker table. Outside there is one acre of garden with a raised decked area and furniture. There is a large courtyard to the rear. There of ample off road parking. Schoolhill Croft is a stunning house ensuring a simply wonderful holiday for all.

Ellon is some 16 miles from the City of Aberdeen and is situated on the River Ythan. It provides excellent local services with a good selection of shops, hotels and restaurants. The Riverside Park offers walkways alongside the River Ythan.
