The French doors in the master open to a large backyard.
Conveniently located in a peaceful gated community, this apartment is within reach of anywhere you need to be within the city of Edinburg and greater McAllen by private car, UBER or Lyft. The Oasis dwelling is close to shopping centers, Starbucks, HEB stadium, restaurants & a movie theater. It's also a 15min drive from McAllen International Airport

• For additional dogs, a one-time fee of $35 per dog applies to cover extra cleaning.

• We generally allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
• Exceptions may be considered for a third dog if all pets are well-behaved and house-trained—please confirm before booking.
Pet Rules
• Pets must be house-trained.
• No excessive barking or disturbance to neighbors.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Pets should not be left unattended unless crated.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
