The bedroom offers a super-king-size zip/link bed with TV and Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom hosting a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, WC, and LED mirror. Outside, enjoy a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for one car near the property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, with a travel cot and highchair available on request. One well-behaved pet welcome, sorry no smoking. Drapers Cottage is a charming base for exploring [insert location]. Note: Though the property is single-storey, there are three steps up into the property, please take care.

It is a very short stroll from here to Holker Hall, the stately home of Lord Cavendish, whose house, gardens and deer park are open to the public and also now home to a licensed brasserie The Ilex. Take advantage of excellent walking opportunities amidst beautiful unspoilt countryside or visit The National Hunt Racecourse, the Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition and the Lakeland Motor Museum, all close by. Nearby Cartmel offers quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, charming gift shops, welcoming traditional pubs serving real ales, and the nationally acclaimed Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant.
