Perfect place for expats and safe for female guests as it is centrally located to visit monuments, local street food eating joints, cafes etc.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with smart TV with Netflix, Hotstar, Prime video etc. There’s a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply unwind after a long day.
Wi-Fi is fast and free, suitable for working professionals, students, or casual browsing.
Cleaning & Assistance
We have a part-time helper who visits for light cleaning and fresh linen changes. The maid will come in the morning, clean the place. She would have a separate key to access the kitchen and living room area. Cleaning is mandatory helps me maintain the place.

The property is located in Hauz Khas main (not village) , green neighbourhood of South Delhi, with easy access to cafes, grocery stores, autos/cabs, and the metro. Swiggy/Zomato deliveries has access to the building. We’re a short drive away from key spots like Hauz Khas village, GK, and Nehru Place etc.
Long-term stay utility bills to be paid as per usage (not included in rental).
