Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a patio area with furniture and hot tub and a lawn area. The Aspens is a superb base for exploring the delights of this part of the Pennines.

Attractions within the area include the waterfall of High Force, Gibson's Cave and Cauldron Snout.
