This sixth floor oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located at the ocean end of the building. This end unit and top floor 2 bedroom condo boast the closest proximity to the ocean in all of Kihei or Wailea.
It has a spectacular 180 degree view from the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and lanai. The islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai are clearly visible. The view of the ocean and its abundant wildlife is absolutely breathtaking. It has been completely remodeled and refurnished and is spectacular in every way!
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice-maker, flat top stove, dishwasher, multi-function microwave and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and blender. A large selection of pots and pans, knives, BBQ tools, ample dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided.
The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed sofa and comfy armchair. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player, multi speed ceiling fan.
The dining area has dining table with 4 chairs.
The large, private lanai is a spectacular place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Turtles and whales can be seen all day.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the building. The surf is audible with the window open and the ocean view is breathtaking! It has a king size bed with a multi speed ceiling fan, The master bathroom has a full-size, walk-in shower and granite countertops. A room-safe for your valuables.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be moved together to form one upon request. There also is a multi speed ceiling fan.
The second bathroom also has a full size shower and granite countertops.
Convenient in-unit laundry - stacking washer and dryer located within the unit.
The unit is fully equipped with, fresh linen and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels and a cooler.
