Outdoor space includes a 10x10ft deck, electric grill, propane fire pit circle and private residence lake access trail (.5 mile hike), pet friendly with PRE-approval ( $25 per pet, max 2)

Additional guests must be PRE APPROVED and will charge $25 per extra guest.
