Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.
Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.
Please ensure all the lights, appliances, fans and AC are switched off when leaving.

Getting Around:
Getting around is incredibly easy from this location. The apartment is only a short walk to Circular Quay, Sydney’s main transport hub, where you can access trains, ferries, buses, and light rail connections across the city.
2–5 minutes walk to Circular Quay (train, ferry, bus)
Direct trains around the CBD via the City Circle line
Ferries to Manly, Taronga Zoo, and other harbour destinations
Easy access to buses and light rail services
Around 10 minutes walk to Wynyard Station
Many of Sydney’s top attractions, including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and waterfront dining areas, are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city without needing a car.
Other Things to Note:
The recreation deck on level 23 is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm
The Sydney Opera House can be viewed on the balcony located on the recreation deck on level 23 and not in the apartment
The bistro and bar is located at the mezzanine level and open for breakfast daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and for dinner from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and is closed Sunday and Monday
Parties and events are not allowed. Please ensure music is kept to a reasonable level and no noise after 10:00 pm.
Please clean your dishes and oven after use. Extra cleaning charges apply starting from $50 if the oven and other appliance are uncleaned.
Our team will help you with requests from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are also available 24/7 in case of emergency. Please feel free to contact us when needed and we will do our best to help you.
Self-Check In: Be sure to read the self-check in instructions carefully and contact us anytime you have a problem finding the location. The instructions will be sent to you one day prior to check in date.
Loss of Keys: Once you have checked in, the keys and access devises are your responsibility. Charges for loss of key/access devices are $300 per set. If you are locked out of the property, there will be a fee of $100 to arrange for the door to be unlocked. Alternatively, you may call a local locksmith.
Damage: The deposit will be utilised to compensate any damage or loss caused by guests.
