The 1 Bedroom suite provides a comfortable and spacious setup ideal for couples or small families looking for more room than a traditional hotel stay. The unit typically includes a private bedroom with a king bed, a separate living area with additional sleeping space, kitchen or kitchenette conveniences, dining space, fireplace, washer and dryer, and mountain-inspired finishes that create a cozy retreat after a day outdoors.

The resort itself is designed around the mountain lifestyle, featuring a heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, fitness facilities, ski and bike storage, and inviting gathering areas. It’s the kind of place where mornings begin with crisp mountain air and evenings end relaxing by the fire or soaking in the hot tub.

Whistler is one of North America’s top outdoor destinations and offers much more than skiing. Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding, while warmer months feature hiking, mountain biking, golf, ziplining, lakes, and scenic alpine adventures. The village atmosphere adds even more energy with restaurants, cafés, shopping, and seasonal events all within walking distance.

- The private units at Cascade Lodge will be undergoing renovations from Apr. - Jun. and Sep. - Nov. annually for 2025 and 2026. Construction hours will be 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
- Be advised that all heating and cooling systems are in the ceiling of the bathroom in each unit. We would like to inform you that the compressor for the unit may produce a noticeable level of noise.
- The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sep. 6 - Nov. 18, 2026. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

- All 1 Bedroom Accessible units are beside the elevator. You may hear elevator operations in the unit.
- This resort is a shared-use property. Other associations may allow for different rules. Please follow all guidelines outlined for your club.
- Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'9", and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Guests can park anywhere in the underground parking garage except designated Avis® parking stalls.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is heated and open year-round. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
- Winter tires or chains required on Sea to Sky Highway (Horseshoe Bay-Whistler) from October 1 to March 31. Tires must have M+S or mountain/snowflake symbol.
